What:
Two music programs: traditional music of Ireland, and a Women’s History Month song circle.


When:
Saturday, March 28, 2020, 12-1pm (Song circle) and 1-2pm (Irish music).


Where:
Aboard the 1886 sailing ship Balclutha, berthed at Hyde Street Pier, San Francisco.


Presenter:
San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park.


Cost:
Ship admission fee applies: Adults, $15. Ages 15 and under (accompanied by an adult), free. Free with national park passes and for active military with current military I.D.

Women’s History Month Maritime Song Circle
Saturday, March 28, 2020, 12:00-1:00pm, aboard the 1886 square-rigger Balclutha. Ships’ admission fees apply. Wheelchair accessible. No advance reservation needed. Information: 415-447-5000.
Bring songs to share on the theme of women in maritime history, in this participatory singers’ circle.

Celebrate Irish American Heritage Month with a one-hour performance of traditional instrumentals and songs, with Autumn Rhodes (concertina and flute), Tim Hill (uilleann pipes and flute), Susan Walsh (bodhran and mandolin) and Park Ranger Peter Kasin (fiddle).

Located at the west end of Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park includes a fleet of historic ships, Visitor Center, Maritime Museum, Maritime Research Center, and the Aquatic Park Historic District.
